With a strong background in STEM and academic mentorship, he understands the challenges students face — and exactly what it takes to turn a 3 into a 5, or a 1200 into a 1450. This is not a franchise. You are not matched with a random tutor. You work directly with Mr. Andy — a dedicated coach who knows your child by name and builds a clear path to results.

Will this actually work for my child?

It depends on your child's commitment. Our program is structured — not passive. Students who follow the weekly plan and complete practice problems between sessions consistently see measurable score increases. We'll be honest with you during the free assessment if we don't think the timeline or starting point is realistic. We'd rather decline than disappoint.

How does the program work?

After the free assessment, we build a week-by-week session plan tied to your child's exam date or report card cycle. Each session is 1-on-1, focused on the weakest areas first. We use a mix of diagnostic tests, targeted drills, and timed practice to replicate real exam conditions. Parents receive a brief update after each session via WeChat.

How do you communicate with parents?

Primarily via WeChat — it's fastest and most familiar for our families. After each session we send a short update covering what was covered, what needs reinforcement, and what the next session will focus on. For major milestones or concerns, we schedule a brief call.

What if my child needs more or fewer hours than the package?

Packages are a pricing structure, not a rigid commitment. If your child hits their goal early, we stop — you keep the remaining hours for future subjects. If more support is needed, we'll discuss adding hours at your current package rate. No high-pressure upsells.

Is this different from generic tutoring?

Yes. Generic tutoring is reactive — your child brings a homework problem, the tutor explains it. Our program is proactive: we diagnose the root cause of score gaps, build a curriculum specifically for your child, and track progress against a defined target. It's closer to a personal athletic coach than a homework helper.
